Founder Brian Lacy has been a gardener and beekeeper for 50 years. He has supported live hives at several local schools, given presentations to many organizations, and has serviced local cities and counties with their “bee emergency” needs and more.
Between habitat loss, recent concerns about food quality and supplies; needs for youth skills training and unemployment; and further declines in pollinator populations; we want to make sure that the world is educated on honeybee lore, and that we can have a sustainable coexistence with the nature.
